In accordance with Title 19, Chapters 10 and 20 Virgin Islands code, you have the legal right to say in advance what your wishes are for refusing or accepting treatment if you become unable to make your wishes known to your family and physician.
An Advance Directive states your wishes at a time when you are able to thoroughly make a decision about your health care.
