Because excellent patient care is the priority of SCHNEIDER REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, the Patient Relations Department is established to cater to patient needs, monitor compliance with patient rights and privileges, and to address any concerns that patients or family members may have about care, medical center policies, and procedures. 

A most critical responsibility of the department is to receive, analyze, and implement suggestions or recommendations with the goal to enhance the quality of services.

All customers of SCHNEDIER REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER are encouraged to utilize the services of the Patient Relations Department to comment on any aspect of customer service.

Often, former patients will be asked to participate in telephone or written surveys to assist the ongoing effort to improve all aspects of care and service.

The Patient Advocacy Program hotline assures every opportunity for sharing any aspect of the hospital experience, including recognition of staff members and volunteers who make the extra effort to attend every need.
