Our Social Work Department listens, assesses and refers patients to a variety of services, including:
- Meals on Wheels
- Treatment facilities
- Long-term care centers
- Transportation services
- Homeless shelters
Our social workers work closely with the USVI Department of Human Services to ensure that each patient receives adequate post-discharge, care.
