This position entails working in the general laboratory settings, chemistry, blood banking, hematology, microbiology, immunology, histology or be engaged in highly technical subspecialty or other specialized areas as radioimmunoassay, electrophoresis or toxicology. Work involves performing a wide variety of chemical, macroscopic, and bacteriologic tests in one or more clinical fields to provide data for use in the prevention, diagnosis, treatment or research of human disease; and perform other related duties as required. The individual is expected to perform independently and exercise considerable judgment.
