Lois A Fenner
Before joining SRMC Ms. Fenner served as a Nurse/Attorney throughout the USA. In her role as Vice President of Human Resources, she has oversight over the human resources department . She is also directly responsible for recruitment and retention, employee satisfaction surveys, performance evaluations, community service, ambassadors and volunteers, job fairs, employee recognition and support, student internships, negotiation of union contracts, labor relations, compensation and benefits, in-service educational programs and training, policies, procedures and protocols such as ADA, Antidiscrimination, EEO, FMLA, and progressive discipline. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland Law and Nursing Schools earning a B.S.N., M.S., and Juris Doctorate.
