Judith M. Richardson
Judith M. Richardson retired in 1998 after more than 30 years of service to the Government of the Virgin Islands. Subsequent to her retirement, she began work with the Community of the Virgin Islands as the Director and Co-Director of KIDS COUNT, a national project which compiles and reports consistent and reliable data on the well-being of children and families, and provides updates in key indicators of child well-being to policy makers and citizens in the hope of securing better futures for all children. She has been a member of the St. Thomas - St. John District Governing Board for Hospitals since 2008 and has served on a number of committees, including Chairperson of the Human Resources Committee and Member of the Credentials, ADHOC, and Performance Improvement Committees.
Mrs. Richardson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University and a Master of Science in Education from Bank Street College in New York City
